Payment Terms
Fees: The client agrees to pay the fees specified in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
Confidentiality
LTKSEO agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: The client retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in their website and content.
License: The client grants LTKSEO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the SEO services.
Warranties and Disclaimers
No Guarantees: LTKSEO does not guarantee specific results or rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs). SEO is a complex and ongoing process, and results can vary.
Third-Party Services: LTKSEO may use third-party services or tools in the course of providing SEO services. LTKSEO is not responsible for the performance or reliability of these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
LTKSEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding six months.

Termination

Termination by Client: The client may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to LTKSEO. Termination will not entitle the client to a refund of any fees paid.
Termination by LTKSEO: LTKSEO reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the client breaches any of these Terms or fails to cooperate in good faith.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LTKSEO is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

LTKSEO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
